On September 23th, the Spanish delegation of Network of Institutes of Technology in the Valencia Region (Red de Institutos Tecnológicos de la Comunidad Valenciana, REDIT) paid a visit to Guangzhou Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Guangzhou Science Park). On behalf of Guangzhou Development District (GDD) Administrative Committee, Ms. Hongyi Xu, Deputy Director of GDD Economic Development and Science & Technology Bureau, and Ms. Angela Wang, Vice General Manager of CDCIC, received the REDIT delegation in the Science & Technology Innovation Base of Guangzhou Science Park.

During the reception, Ms. Hongyi Xu delivered a passionate greeting speech to the visitors. Ms. Angela Wang briefed the delegation on the latest development of GDD .After the reception, CDCIC staff acted as the guides to the delegation in touring Guangzhou Science Park.

Mr. Congost, the leader of the delegation, expressed his thanks for the hospitality of GDD. He indicated that he was pleasantly surprised at the world class investment environment of GDD and he would recommend GDD to members of REDIT.

The REDIT network links 16 technology institutes of the Valencia Community that have 14,000 company members. It provides high added value R&D and technological services to SMEs.
